Committed to the Community

Our experienced team of orthodontic doctors and staff live among the communities that we serve, and they remain committed to giving back to the people who bring us so much joy each and every day. It is in our DNA to give back to the community that supports us.

We create programs throughout the year that bring awareness to various causes and foundations in the local community and encourage our patients to take action. Our Stats for Smiles scholarships offers scholarships and free orthodontic care to families in need. We also keep up to date on what’s happening in the lives of our patients. From sporting events and graduations to weddings and new family additions, we love celebrating the many accomplishments of our patients.

Dr. Jason Bunch

Dr. Bunch was born in Guymon, Oklahoma, and grew up in Lebanon, Indiana. After graduating from Lebanon High School in 1996, he went on to study at Depauw University and Ball State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Dentistry.

He received His Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry, graduating with distinction. Dr. Bunch then went on to receive his Masters of Science degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2006.

Dr. Bunch has utilized Invisalign to treat patients since 2004, and he is grateful to be one of the top 1% providers for Invisalign in North America. He is an active member of the Indianapolis District Dental Society, the American Association of Orthodontists, Indiana Dental Association, Indiana Orthodontic Association, Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and past President of the Indiana University Orthodontic Alumni Association.

Dr. Bunch worked as part-time faculty in the Indiana University School of Dentistry Orthodontic Residency program from 2008 to 2016. He is married to Lindsay Bunch of Indianapolis. They have two boys, Cash and Luke, and enjoy spending time together as a family.

Dr. J. Courtney Gorman

Dr. Gorman attended Marion High School and graduated in 1979. He then graduated from Indiana University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. Later that year, he started his dental training at the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis. After his sophomore year, he married his beautiful wife Cindy, and they lived in Broad Ripple for the next two years. Doctor Gorman graduated from dental school in 1987, and he was accepted to an orthodontic residency in St. Louis at Washington University. While in St. Louis, Cindy gave birth to their first child, Chelsea, in early ’88. He finished his degree in 1989 and returned to Marion to practice with his father Jack Gorman. During the next two years they traveled to St. Louis every month to teach lingual (behind the teeth) orthodontics to the residents. In 1990, Cindy and Courtney were blessed with the birth of their son Tripp, and a year later their youngest child Grace was born.

Dr. Gorman loves what he does and would love to sculpt a perfect smile just for you. In 1998, Dr. Gorman became a Board Certified Orthodontist. Not a required certification, but one that says he took the additional step to have his cases evaluated and judged by a panel of his peers. It was a lot of extra work, but it lets patients know that they are receiving the highest level of care possible. In 2001, he became a certified Invisalign provider, specializing in Invisalign treatment ever since. He’s honored to be in the top one percent of North American Invisalign providers.

Besides his family and orthodontics, Dr. G’s other passions are big mountain skiing, golf, ocean sailing, and fishing. He still teaches once a month at Indiana University’s Orthodontic Department, where he instructs residents in all aspects of orthodontic therapy with an emphasis on Invisalign. This was also where he and Dr. Bunch met.
